Recently Flutter brought all it’s UKI brands together to enable us to scale and grow more competitively. I was part of a large team rebuilding the Sky Bet experience over 18 months which saw us migrate over 9 million accounts and 1 billion in revenue to a shared platform.

Now migration is complete I’m actively managing the roadmap alongside my Product counterparts as a subject matter expert within the Bet Lifecycle tribe, my role focussing on continual improvement of bet conversion metrics, continuity and engaging users after bet placement with an emphasis on playing safely.

I guided the UK’s leading internal comms agency through innovation and expand the service offering by creating bespoke digital experiences and white-label software applications.

Within 2 years the business flourished from £0.5m turnover to £2m enabling it’s clients to fundamentally measure and importantly increase employee engagement subsequently allowing H&H to sell products as well as it’s consultancy services.
